The grist consists of 15% wheat and oats, enough to smooth the mouthfeel without being too harsh on the higher ABV. As for the hops, the brewers had recently cooled Nelson Sauvin near the 3 year old Northern Monkthis was our chance to use them. Supported by smaller amounts of Galaxy and Citra, expect big flavors of gooseberry and passionfruit with underlying peach and mango notes.
