In November 2024, the brewers aged our Imperial Stout CERBERUS in two types of barrels. Half went into Jamaican rum barrels, which gave it a particularly boozy and spicy note. The other half went into Maple Syrup Ex Bourbon barrels. These are very rare and difficult to obtain, but we managed it.
